New Year, New Ambition

So in the hopes of staying positive, I'm trying to finish off my armies as is with as little purchasing as possible. That means getting my current stuff assembled AND painted. Painting is my hardest activity but with new compression gloves, it gets easier. Also, Shadow War: Armageddon is coming out, with BRAND NEW kill team rules that are sexy as hell so I hope I can get a copy. Lastly, Codex Supplement: Traitor Legions is out and is fantastic. Go buy it, now.

What Is On Slate Right Now.....

Just to clarify what I'm currently working in, it's pretty much just KoW, WH40K and Wok at the moment. Wrath of Kings is taking the longest because I'm also treating both armies as my artistic level endentures. WH40K seems to be a never ending process as more chaos spawn seem to cross my pallette all the time. As a way to keep track below is a list of the armies I either play or am working on to play.

EVERYTHING'S GETTING ON TRACK!!! HAPPY BELATED NEW YEAR!!

Okay, the end of last year was brutal, but I hope most things have ironed themselves out. Lots of things are going on in the miniatures world, with tons of products coming out every month including the new Deathwatch game from Games Workshop. Despite how you might feel, even at the extreme price of 165$ the game's a good deal and is on my "things to buy down the road", but more importantly I'm working on 1) Kings of War, 2)Malifaux, 3)Wrath of Kings, 4)Warhammer 40k, 5) anything else I have left over. Some progress on my armies is below.

I don't know how quickly I'll be working on anything besides Kings of War, since money had become increasingly tight, but with my new job I have an abundance of time I hope to put to good use. There are so many good games out there right now, I hope people will give everything a try and not let their bias get in the way of trying something great. Either way, get out there and play something, even if it's Monopoly or Chess, get out and interact with people and spread the word.

In case you're wondering about a model I used, just drop me a message or ask in the comments. Right now my current armies that are all WIP for Kings of War are The Herd, Forces of Nature, Nightmares, Varungar, Forces of the Abyss, Salamander Armies and The Empire of Dust. Aside from The Herd and Forces of the Abyss, I don't plan to finish any of them soon. I plan as of right now to take my Herd or Forces of the Abyss to the SlobberknockerGT 2016 later this year. Updates Coming Soon

Been neglectful of the ole blog for the last year, but that's about to change. With all the changes as late (graduation, quitting my job of 10 years, getting my CSM armies up and running and clearing out my other armies) plans are in place to go back to regular updates of my blog, on the effect of every 2 or 3 days. First WIP of new CSM list should be any day now.
